Position Specifications

Key Responsibilities & Job Description

Primary Duties:

Documentation Management:

  • Preparation of comprehensive legal and charge documentation according to credit approval guidelines
  • Review and examination of executed documents and security documentation for disbursement processes
  • Issue Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC) after completing all approval formalities

Process Coordination:

  • Liaison with Business Units (BU) for documentation completion and follow-up on deferred requirements
  • Diarize triggers for incomplete cases and ensure timely resolution
  • Execute charge registration activities as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Record Management & Compliance:

  • Maintain effective safekeeping of documentation records with proper ledgers and registers
  • Ensure vault operation with dual access control and warehousing per CAD SOP
  • Monitor end-to-end processes with CSCO and Trade for credit line implementation

Data Management:

  • Accurate data capturing, particularly non-financial, covenants, and collateral-related fields
  • Maintain perpetually cleansed and accurate MIS-related data
  • Effective management of blocking/unblocking limits

Quality Assurance:

  • Obtain satisfactory ratings in audits and reviews for assigned portfolio
  • Ensure timely resolution of audit findings
  • Maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Review portfolio accounts for anomaly identification and correction

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
  • Preference for degrees in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience Requirements:

  • Total Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience
  • Specific Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within credit administration or risk management
  • Experience in conventional and SME banking preferred

Age Limit:
