Key Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager (RM) for SME – Conventional will play a pivotal role in client relationship management, credit processing, and business development. Core responsibilities include:
✅ Client Relationship Management
-
Build and strengthen relationships with existing SME clients.
-
Actively acquire new clients to expand the bank’s SME portfolio.
-
Provide financial advisory to both existing and potential customers.
✅ Credit Proposal Management
-
Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals in line with SBP Prudential Regulations.

Ensure all pre- and post-sanction requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

Manage documentation and issuance of DACs from RCAD for assigned credit relationships.
✅ Sales & Target Achievement

Promote and sell banking products tailored to SME clients.
-
Ensure achievement of business targets as per KPI and internal metrics.

Deliver performance in line with defined credit turnaround times (TAT).
✅ Risk Compliance & Regulation

Ensure all credit activities are in compliance with SBP regulations and the Bank’s internal PPMs.

Maintain high credit discipline and perform due diligence in client evaluations.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a relevant SME or credit-related role.

Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of June 27, 2025.
